Please click on the form link to the right to open the official 2018 Entry Form and Participant Waiver which can be printed, completed and submitted by either mail or fax.

Note for purposes of IWK income tax receipts for a portion of the entry fees please indicate how entry fees are paid; either by Company, single individual or shared among crew with proportions.  IWK tax receipts will be provided to the designated Company or person(s).

Team Entry Fee:

For registration payments post marked on or before Sept 7th the entry fee is $2500.00 per boat. For payments post marked after Sept 7th the entry fee is $3000.00 per boat. Boat registration includes fee for four anglers. For additional anglers up to a maximum of 6 anglers per day, allow $250.00 extra per angler.

Registration Deadline: Two weeks prior to Captain’s Meeting.  Late entrants may not receive all benefits or handouts associated with the tournament.

Registration in the week before the tournament is a challenge for the organizers and volunteers since the fishing licence must be organized with Department of Fisheries and Oceans.  DFO needs to know the boats participating.  Also, items must be ordered for each fisher’s kit bag.  Food and beverages must be ordered for the appropriate number of people before the opening and closing festivities.  As our tournament continues to grow, such late registration needs to be discouraged. 

  • Note: Cancellations prior to two weeks before the Captain’s Meeting will be charged $100.00. After that date a late cancellation fee of $500 or the equivalent to team costs expended by the tournament organization will apply.
