2021 Event Schedule:  Covid 19 restrictions in place

     
Sept 10th             

 Friday

5 pm Last day for early registration of boat and fishers.  Money must be received by the organizers.  Boat and fishers registration received after this deadline must include a $500 late registration fee. 
Sept 17th Friday    
5-6 pm MODIFIED FORMAT CAPTAIN’S MEETING.   

REGISTRATION PACKAGES INCLUDING:  TUNA TAG, ICCAT FORM, VESSEL TRACKERS AND ADDITIONAL COMMUNICATIONS INSTRUCTIONS  WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP AT BISHOPS LANDING WHARF (rain alternate location Alexander Keith’s Brewery atrium area)WE REQUEST THAT CAPTAINS ONLY (limit to 1 team member) ATTEND.

Sept 18th Saturday Morning Vessels depart at captains discretion after 6:00 am. 
All day Weigh-ins as fish are caught throughout day at Sambro – Oceanview Fisheries facility
4 pm Lines out – to dock and enjoy Halifax waterfront and restaurants
Sept 19th Sunday Morning Vessels depart at captains discretion after 6:00 am.
All day Weigh-ins as fish are caught throughout day at Sambro – Oceanview Fisheries facility
4 pm Lines out – to dock and enjoy Halifax waterfront and restaurants
Sept 20th Monday Morning Vessels depart at captains discretion after 6:00 am.

Sept 22nd Wednesday Morning Vessels depart at captains discretion after 6:00 am.
All day Weigh-ins as fish are caught through day at Sambro – Oceanview Fisheries facility
4 pm Official Lines out – to dock
Note:  4 pm Sambro – Oceanview Fisheries facility Scales closed – fish landed/delivered after this time   will not count towards tournament placing – proceeds from late fish will go to IWK
7-9 pm Awards Ceremony, CANCELLED         

Teams will be notified of the final standings and trophies will be delivered at a later date (to be arranged).

 

HNSITT – Vessel Moorage areas reserved along the Halifax Waterfront by Develop Nova Scotia.  The Term of our Develop Nova Scotia Site License Agreement is to be confirmed.  During this period Develop Nova Scotia has donated the moorage fees and vessels requiring moorage outside this time period will be subject to the normal overnight moorage fee and is to be arranged directly with Develop Nova Scotia.
